Annmarie Seldon, Principal
Annmarie Seldon is founder and principal of AMS Communications. She founded the company after working as a director at one of the top PR firms in the country in the consumer products and healthcare division. Over the years she has worked with a broad range of clients from B2B, consumer, healthcare and in the technology space.
As a regular spokesperson for consumer product companies she can speak to trends, offer insights into new products, understands product manufacturing and knows what makes a story sell. As a former television reporter and anchor, she also knows what topics are newsworthy and what elements constitute a story.
Annmarie is a senior level communication consultant with expertise in broadcast media, content creation, social media and crisis communication. Her decades of experience includes work with consumer products, healthcare, retail, fashion, education and technology clients. She has expertise in marketing to women and moms (including blogger outreach and engagement), women’s health issues, digital media, strategy and planning, content creation, video communication, project management, staff and student mentoring. She has been an adjunct professor at Boston University and Lasell College. Annmarie has served as spokesperson for many corporation and acted as a liaison across organizations between agencies, vendors and on communication issues with board based organization and its members. She is also an expert in helping subject matter experts tell their stories as well as media train executives for interviews.
In addition to her consumer product knowledge and spokesperson work she is an entrepreneur, a TV and radio contributor and blogger.
